Purpose

This role is responsible for enabling direct-to-consumer growth by supporting the business change management of omnichannel transformation projects across brands, markets, and channels, including but not limited to implementing new omnichannel order management capabilities in key markets.

Key Accountabilites

· Drive change management activities of the omnichannel transformation program in close collaboration with the project team, business stakeholders and markets. Responsible to provide support activities to the omnichannel program, focussing on learning & development activities, documentation and communication
· Drive the implementation of an integrated Change Management program to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective service delivery across the overall change effort.
· Design, develop and implement training and support tools required to equip and prepare individuals to manage new or changed tasks and manage the transition in close collaboration with training teams
· Identify priority actions and activities in understanding change impacts, risk areas and overall engagement of various stakeholder groups to ensure all project expectations are delivered
· Work in cross-functional teams, support decision taking and be pragmatic about managing different expectations.
· Maintain expertise of the omnichannel & digital retail space by monitoring the industry, networking with partners, and keeping a pulse check of internal adidas initiatives.

Knowledge, Capabilties and Experience

· Advanced user of MS Office suite of products, as well as software in the learning & development space (e.g. articulate storyline)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
· Broad and detailed knowledge about change management discipline and techniques, combining proven industry experience and industry best practice
· Omnichannel project experience, knowledge of DTC business an advantage

Qualifications

· University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales preferred.
· 2-5 years change management experience, in particular conducting end-user trainings and creating documentation
