Your Tasks:

· Coordinate day-to-day trend research + trend analysis
· Support the development of ideation of contents and tools for the different retail formats
· Support the development of innovation concepts for that respond to different target consumer profiles
· Monitor the Retail industry and trend environment (brick and mortar and digital) for best practices that can be adapted for adidas
· Work with input and direction from supervisor, with limited direction for standard assignments
· Liaise with other stakeholders within the retail development, design, Communications, event, brand Design and product development
· Take on own research and implementation projects

Key Objectives:

· Assist the Retail innovation Managers to initiate and drive innovation projects whilst ensuring continued alignment to Brand objectives and positioning
· Support assigned tasks to aid in the creation of retail plug-ins and concepts, including mono-label stores, Core stores, Brand Centers, and other distribution models
· Ensuring living up to ”creating the new” within adidas retail
· Align projects and retail visions with brand positioning and strategy
· Experience in the challenging field of retail Concept Development, design, communications, innovation and start-up mindset
· A broad insight on all the processes within the retail concepts
· Experiencefrom working at the headquarter of one of the world's strongestbrands

Your Profile:

· Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations!)
· creative mindset, organization skillset and flexibility
· Fluent in English, ideally German language skills
· IT: Microsoft Office, extensive online research skills required, design applications a plus
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Passion for Sports
