The objective of the compliance team is to design and implement an effective Group wide Compliance Management System that adheres to best practice standards and supports integrity.

Your Responsibilities:

· Support the further expansion of the Group’s Compliance Management System in areas, including: ethics, anti-bribery & corruption, competition law, fraud and other fields, as required.
· Develop and implement internal policies including the further development and implementation of a Compliance Officers’ Handbook and a revised Code of Conduct
· Act as a contact point for business partners and support local and regional compliance officers and lawyers, including the Group’s General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
· Identify and report upon key legal compliance risks, including in presentations to the Group’s Supervisory Board
· Educate employees about legal and compliance expectations, including by developing and rolling out a global third party compliance training solution
· Research emerging legal and compliance issues and monitor any existing ethics and compliance investigations

Your Profile:

· Student of Law or Business Law
· Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (EU citizens only! Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations.)
· Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills, including in the English language
· Very strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy of work
· Strong sense of personal integrity
· Passion for sports
