Your Tasks:

· Support team in day to day tasks
· Assist team members on projects including events and meetings
· Documentation (presentations, excel sheets, word etc.)and maintenance of existing ones
· Logistic and administrative support during guests (assets) visit to Herzo HQ
· Research on current sports marketing andother topics
· Inventory monitoring, order placement and follow up
· Independent handling of customer request
· Take on own projects

Key Objectives:

· Support to increase efficiency of overallteam
· Allow team to fully deliver contractual commitments with partner federations
· Gain understanding of the Sports Marketing Football Department, the role of GSMF in the entire business and marketing spectrum

Your Profile:

· Student of Marketing, Sports Marketing or Sports Management
· Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship. Or in the so called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations!)
· Fluent in English and German
· Very good MS Office skills
· Enjoy working in a team and be open-minded
· Be ambitious, keen to learn and think internationally
· Know how to communicate and assert yourself with a friendly attitude
· First work experience through internships and also assert experience abroad
· Be proactive and able to adapt easily to new situations
· Passion for Sport and Football
