Purpose

· With this function we strive to enable the adidas Group across all business units to gain a competitive advantage by consumer oriented business and IT Innovation. Business relevance and impact are key KPIs.
· The Program Office Manager will act as facilitator to ensure proper team work efficiency and effectiveness. He will follow-up on program/projects issues lists, KPIs, program risks management, administrative tasks including internal procurement and team reporting.

Key Accountabilities

· Continuous proactive support for the Program Director, IT Solutions
· Liaise with the FUTURE Program Director
· Maintain Overall issues & risks lists, resources availability plans
· Team communication
· Run small projects as required
· Liaison with the program manager who is responsible for government alignment
· Collect status / deliverables information from all streams and create summary reports

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience

· 3-5 years of experience in Project Management focused on IT solution delivery
· 2 years minimum using Agile project management methods
· Good communication skills including senior management levels
· Multitasking, able to manage-self, stress resistant
· Managing diversity :
· world-wide technical and business participants
· diverse innovation topics
· Real team player and good networker , service-minded
· Delivery focused, Pragmatic
· Keen on continuous learning and self-development
· Apparel and Footwear manufacturing experience is a plus

Qualifications

· University degree in Computer Science or similar
· Project Management
· 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
