Purpose

Ensure efficient and effective Content Management of all Digital Marketing Assets passing the DAM/MAM system, created and facilitated for global distribution and usage. Govern the entire asset life cycle of all relevant files from availability through all usage rights phases until archiving and act as “gate-keeper” for all content uploaded into the system.

Key Accountabilities

· Strong “operational” focus and key contributor towards drawing organizational and managerial tasks together that are currently performed by various teams within the organization.
· Ownership of sustainability to the way content is organized, managed, facilitated and shared through all channels.
· Consistently monitor and ensure facilitated files are compliant to defined specifications
· Maintain consistency to predefined file naming processes, establish an effective file naming convention
· Gather meta data from content owners and perform otif file tagging
· Perform technical quality check and file approval following defined processes
· Ensure protection and visibility is ensured according to usage and viewing rights
· Archive and manage transfer of files to secure volumes (Locker + metadata)
· Contribute to improvement and development of existing file management

Knowledge, Experience and Capabilities

· Interpersonal/communication skills and some level of strategic thinking.
· Some experience in data management
· Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: product marketing, communications, social, digital and retail.
· Analytical skills
· ability to quickly recognize demands, dependencies and establish the right processes
· proactive and future orientated way of thinking
· Understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry.
· Written and verbal, presentation and organizational skills

Qualifications

· Degree in Marketing or a related field. Master Degree / MBA a plus.
· 1+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
· Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
