Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000 per year

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our client's project management team and production to ensure smooth project delivery within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Process and manage all client projects through our internal system.

Receive, interpret, and understand all elements required for production.

Estimate and collate costs.

Chase outstanding queries, late approvals, and purchase orders.

Ensure timely release of files according to schedule.

Provide general admin and ad hoc support to Project Management and wider teams.
