Location: King's Lynn

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

As a Production Operative you will be playing a crucial role in the manufacturing process by performing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.

·  Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

·  Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment as needed.

·  Load and unload materials onto production lines.

·  Assemble components or parts as required by the production process.

·  Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.

·  Clean work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

·  Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

·  Assist skilled operators or technicians as needed.

Experience and Requirements for the role:

·  No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

·  Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

·  Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation preferred.

·  Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·  Strong work ethic and reliability.
