Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

·  Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with corporate clients across
·  Identifies business opportunities in Corporate & MICE segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options;
·  Maintain an up to date account and contact database and special client needs in order to understand better the requirements of the clients;
·  Pro-actively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance the skill set;
·  Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
·  Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
·  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :                            

·  Effective communication skills
·  Being courteous, professional and persistent
·  Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
·  Good time-management skills
·  Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
·  Good problem-solving skills
·  Working with business groups and events

Qualifications

·  High school Diploma or University Degree
·  Proven experience working as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager
·  Proficient in MS Office programmes
·  Fluent level of English and Arabic language is a must
·  Proven record of met quota 
·  Fast learner and passion for sales
·  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
·  Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
