Key tasks

Cluster Revenue Manager (m/w)
Responsible for 5 Hotels of Grape Hospitality in Austria and Hannover

Main tasks:

• Propose and set-up the filling strategies for the hotels followed on the zone in order to maximize the overall revenue
• Monitor the available Revenue Management tools
• Working and cooperating with the reservation departments of the hotels
• Coordinate the pricing of the main sales contracts
• Ensure a good e-distribution monitoring for his/her hotels
• Constructively challenge the operational decisions
• Organize the reporting of the Revenue Managed hotels
• Actively participate in the development of the Revenue sector in the company

Profile:

• You have a Hospitality or Business school education background, with 2 to 5 years work experience in pricing or Revenue Management
• You have experiences in the services fields that allowed you to develop a good vision of the necessary actions to increase the turnover
• You want to live a strong professional experience based on a managerial approach where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand with the pleasure of networking
• You have a positive attitude and are looking for an opportunity
• You enjoy working with others and have fun with it

• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and hotels management tools (Fols, Opera, Fidelio, Arms, EZ Rms, …)
• Experience in project management
• Excellent analytical sense, rigorous and organized
• Very good communicator and having good interpersonal relationships
• Curious and ability to face challenges
• Fluent in the German and good in English language
