Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Reporting to the Lifestyle Manager, acts as an Ambassador for the wellness representing the values of the brand and Accor.
·  Performs demonstrations for the public, personal training or group trainings in a safe, and professional manner.
·  Trains and supervises guests in martial arts philosophies, discipline and techniques.
·  Assists in ensuring the gym and recreation facilities are in good conditions.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Possesses a personal trainer certification for Muay Thai and Kickboxing through an internationally/nationally recognised agency/organisation.
·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient in English both in writing and verbal. 
·  Excellent maturity, communication skills , ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
·  Willing and able to work a variety of shifts, days, times as needed.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
