Key tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meets and greets all guests on arrival;
- Assist with guests & groups check in and check out;
- Attend to all guests’ enquiries, feedback and complaints;
- Ensure guests satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay;
- Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above;
- To be service orientated and a good team player;
- Good knowledge in verbal and written English;
- Able to speak another foreign language is an added advantage;
- IT proficiency in MS Office applications and Hotel systems is an added advantage;
- Able to multi-task & work in 3 rotating shift (including weekends and public holiday);
- Entry level are welcomed to apply.
