Job description
Key tasks
- Plans Resort operations, ensuring that guests receive warm, friendly and efficient service at all times.
- Establishes personal guest contact and promotes feedback. Proactively anticipates guests’ needs and requirements.
- Maintains a high level of communication and feedback within the departments.
- Assure the ordering and purchasing for Food & Beverage and vending. Assure F&B inventories, accurate stock summaries.
- Monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and kitchens ensuring that managers take corrective actions as necessary.
- Responsible for staff training and development.
