PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目的：
To be overall in charge of the Cost Control and Store function s. Ensure food and beverage costs are properly administered in a cost effective manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
总体说负责成本控制和储备功能。保证餐饮成本按照已有的政策和程序，得到低成本的适当管理

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务和岗位职责：
·  Conduct regular spot checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioning
抽查采购、收货、储备、发货、备餐以及分配等各种程序。
·  Conduct regular spot checks on portion control of all items dispensed in the kitchen
抽查厨房分配的所有物品的分配管理。
·  Conduct regular spot checks for beverage par stocks 。 
抽查饮品最低库存。
·  Ensure that all merchandise are stored properly in locked storage areas and monitor security control of key for such areas
确保所有货物在锁好的储存区域内得到妥善保存，并且监控该区域的钥匙安全管理。
·  Ensure procedures for issuing F&B items from the Store are properly adhered to
确保发货程序，保证从仓库发出的餐饮物品得到妥善贯彻处理。
·  Perform menu costing s
处理菜单成本分析。
·  Ensure store items are checked regularly on expiry and freshness
保证定期检查存货的过期时间及新鲜度。
·  Co-ordinate with Central Purchasing team on pricing & purchasing issues
就价格和采购问题和核心采购团队保持合作。
·  Prepare & process Purchase Orders for AFE items  
准备和处理AFE货物采购单。
·  Co-ordinate purchase & delivery of overseas purchases, especially wine imports
协调进口商品采购及递送，尤其是葡萄酒进口。
·  Conduct month-end food and beverage inventories
处理月末餐饮存货清单。
·  Prepare monthly cost report
 准备月成本报告。
·  To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management
  处理管理层偶尔会分配的其它任务 。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格 / 资格证书：
·  Diploma/Degree in Accounting
 会计专业大专/大本学历
 
EXPERIENCE 工作经验：
·  Minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar capacity
 最少2－3年类似职位工作经验
·  Knowledge of Beverages (especially wine & alcohol ) and POS system
熟悉饮品（尤其是葡萄酒和烈性酒）以及POS机系统。
