The Cluster Marcom Executive of ibis Styles Vung Tau & Mercure Vung Tau is to assist in the development and deployment of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives at the property level; handle media visits and enquires, site tours, oversee filming and photo shoot activity as it relates to marketing and communications, in conjunction with Marcom Manager; execute and participate in promotional and marketing efforts; and support the development and maintenance all hotel collateral, communications, partnerships, co-marketing to promote the Hotels in a unique and varied role.

Work Experience

·  Primary Responsibilities

Social Media:

- Manage social media fan pages of both hotels (calendar schedule, content posting, image preparation and inbox reply).

Branding:

- Maintain collateral standard and conduct occasional audit

- Coordinate with graphic designer on the design and the implementation of marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.

PR:

- Coordinate and assist journalists / KOLs familiarization or visiting programs and site inspection as required.

- Compose press release, marketing content, proofread copy.

Promotions:

- Assist with Head of Departments to create and run promotions / special events creatively & effectively.

- Monitor all promotional channels (both offline & online) on monthly basis.

Other ad-hoc tasks:

- Support on PR, Marketing and Social media monthly performance report.

- Assist with photography or video shootings when required.

·  Knowledge and Experience

- Major in Business Administration / Marketing / PR/ Communication / Hospitality Management.

- Proficiency in English and MS Office is a must.

- Ability to take good photos is a plus.

- Good knowledge about social media (Facebook, Instagram, …).

- Minimum 1-year experience of marketing in hospitality industry.
