Desired profile

Fjord Berlin is looking for a UX researcher (f/m) to support and facilitate all user-centered aspects of service design and development.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about human-centered design, and has a track record of highly impactful research with cross-functional teams. You will be integrated into a lean/agile process, providing ongoing research for existing projects as well as proactively developing research that can be applied across various industries and generic needs.

What you should bring

·  Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors / Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive / Experimental Psychology, or similarly relevant field
·  Be fluent in German and English
·  Drive to develop new research and analysis methodologies
·  Experience running UI/UX or human factors user studies measuring both qualitative and quantitative data
·  High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities
·  Very good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to share and evangelize research findings in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences including executives
