· You'll find innovative solutions to demanding problems by adapting existing methods and procedures and seek additional guidance when complex issues arise
· Seeing the big picture as well as the detail, you'll liaise with colleagues and clients at all management levels to achieve the given goals
· With a deep understanding of the impact of decisions on the team, you'll assist in determining methods and procedures on new assignments
· Furthermore, you'll manage small teams and work efforts

Desired profile

Qualifications :

That's what we are expecting

·  Master‘s degree
·  At least three years of consulting experience in an IT/systems development environment
·  Several years of experience with R&D applications in an implementation or support capacity within discovery, pre-clinical, clinical, safety, and/or regulatory - such as LIMS, Clinical Supply Chain, EDC, CTMS, Data Management, IV/WRS, Data Warehousing, Medical Information and Complaint systems or processes
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to meet travel requirements up to 80% - Monday through Thursday
