Key responsibilities:

To support the rapid growth of Digital Video in Wroclaw, we are looking for Scrum Master to join our highly skilled development teams.
Working as a Scrum Master, you will :
· Help team to constantly improve and adapt to changes
· Support Scrum team in establish efficient and effective way of working
· Provide coaching, guidance to the Agile team
· Build the team spirit and mutual respect within the team
· Support Project Owner in planning and scheduling activities
· Help to i mprove cooperation and communication between teams and customer organization
· Assist the team in removing impediments

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements :
·  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
·  A minimum of two years' experience working in Agile software development
·  Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
·  Solid Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns and technique
·  Genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow
·  Ability to resolve tensions within the team
·  Strong oral and written communication skills in English
·  Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed international teams

Distinct advantage will be any of the following:

·  Experience in supporting more than one Scrum team from different locations
·  Practical knowledge of software development methodologies
·  Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
·  Willingness to learn and to work with new Digital TV technologies
·  Ability to travel will be a plus
