As a Recruiting Analyst, you are part of a dedicated recruiting team based in Berwyn, PA and are responsible for managing all recruiting coordination activities for Accenture's Supply & Procurement and Digital Marketing (Accenture Interactive Operations) businesses – liaising with hiring managers, HR/recruiting and business stakeholders – to support hiring against approved demand.

You will develop deep knowledge of Supply Chain & Procurement and Digital Marketing Services in order to consistently build, maintain and display a sound understanding of the clients' industries to identify opportunities and manage risks.

The Work:
· Manage demand logging (req initiation) for roles in North America and support global demand logging, as needed
· Use Accenture recruitment systems (including myScheduling, Taleo, Candidate HUB) appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
· Initiate contact with potential candidates to manage assigned requisitions effectively and efficiently in a cost-effective manner without compromising service levels
· Facilitate interview scheduling (including booking interview rooms, soliciting interviewers, creating interview agendas), candidate travel logistics, interview assessments, recruitment reimbursements, answering inquiries regarding payments and interview tours of facility
· Track and obtain interview documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements
· Schedule final consensus meetings with client interviewer(s) and recruiter.
· Assist with on-boarding tasks, including: administration of pre-employment background check, enrollment in New Joiner Orientation, notifying candidate and stakeholders of start date activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks
· Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience by maintaining a high-touch level of communication throughout each step of the recruiting process
· Develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group to accomplish established objectives

Qualifications :

Here's What You Need:

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, project coordination or relevant work experience
Bonus Points:
·  Taleo or other applicant tracking system and/or LinkedIn Recruiter experience
·  Experience working with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·  Strong relationship management skills
·  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to craft appropriate stakeholder messaging in a clear, consistent & concise manner
·  Ability to deliver high impact amid complexity, ambiguity while managing multiple tasks, and competing/changing priorities
·  Ability to manage own workload; organizing workload, re-prioritizing tasks as needed, proactively following-up on actions, working independently and quality checking own work
·  Multicultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, global team
