Recruiting professionals are responsible for ensuring that our organization has the people it needs to fulfill our business strategy and deliver a high-performance business agenda for our clients.

THE RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Interacts on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements.
· Develops hiring and sourcing approaches with hiring managers and Accenture subject matter experts. This may include determining and managing the appropriate channels media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.
· Acts as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solutions.
· Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire.
· Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities.
· Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review
· Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates.
· Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation.
· Monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs), client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate.
· Uses Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection.
· Works with the recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  5+ years of experience in Recruiting and Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in IT profiles as SAP/Oracle, Salesforce, Java, Testing, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
·  Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
·  Advanced English level
·  Relationship management skills
·  Taleo systems experience
·  Pipeline management
·  Strategic thinking
·  A passion for recruiting.
·  A think outside of the box attitude.
·  Driven, energetic and career driven

Professional Skill Requirements:

·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment.
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
·  Excellent business management skills.
·  Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or Specialist recruiter.
·  Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
·  Solid knowledge of Recruiting policies and best practices.
·  Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
·  Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral).
·  Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
·  Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
