Qualifications :

Job Description:

The professional will act as a point of support for the training team and carry out the activities of the team.

Will be responsible for activities:

• Logistics as physical space reservation, catering requests;

• Open / request to open the trainings via sharepoint in the internal myLearning system;

• Follow up on the execution of the training sessions;

• Monitor and control training sessions;

• Extraction of reports and data support;

• Make contact with instructors;

• Negotiate with involved areas such as events, workplace among others;

• Support in the Onboarding program.

Requirements:

• Advanced / fluent English;

• Graduation in progress from the 6th semester;

• Excel intermediate / advanced (Ex: need to know how to use formulas and procV ...)

Desirable:

• Spanish for conversation;

• Some experience in training topics / Human Resources;

• Communication and negotiation;

• Curiosity and creativity to propose solutions;

• Agility and good relationship;

• Resilient, open to change, challenged.
