As a Human Capital Consultant, some of your main responsibilities will be:

· Reengineer human talent business processes to drive efficiency and optimize the client's business, within a function, industry, technical and/or digital area.
· Attract, develop and continuously optimize the talent resources, process excellence and change enablement needed to execute business strategies.
· Organizational diagnosis and operational excellence improvement
· Change Management of Business Transformation & Rotate to the New in disruptive digital projects.
· Process design and re-engineering improvement of the end-to -end cycle of the Human Capital Process excellence.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  3-5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in HR processes, organizational ( re-)design and operational improvement projects
·  Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
·  Ability to meet travel requirements.
·  HR Platforms (Workday, Success Factors...) is not required but will be considered.

Other skills:

·  Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
·  Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture's business in the HR area
·  People development and team building skills.
