Front Office & Claims Management Clerk with Polish language

Job description

On this position you will be processing front office & claims requests using concrete, deal specific systems and other related software (if applicable) and following all the steps related to these operations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Responsibility for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures, especially:

• Claims processing: responsibility to receive, log, process FO claims, manage stakeholders

• Creation of POs and follow up on delivery confirmation with the Suppliers

• Providing information to suppliers on blocked invoices. Resolving blocked invoices due to price/ quantity.

• Communicating with the client stakeholders on pending items

• Escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems in order to agree on the right process

• Solving problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures

Desired profile

Qualifications :

WHAT WE EXPECT
• Previous accounts payable or front office experience welcomed
• Knowledge of Polish and English language – fluent
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good team player
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Co-operates with and supports team members as required
