The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division.   This is a 100% onsite position.

As the Workday Analyst of Diversity and Inclusion, you would support Architects on day-to-day operations and projects as required.

What You’ll Work On

·  Support for all projects within their workstream
·  Compile documentation for projects and update accordingly. Provide the updated documents to the architects.
·  Participating in design thinking sessions to develop the requirement gathering.
·  Collaborate with other Analysts and Architects within their workstream to ensure the solutions identified are complete and accurate for moving forward with implementation.
·  Participate in developing UAT Testing and Unit testing for projects. Ensuring the test plans are complete and executed properly.
·  Analysts receive direction from Leads and Architects
·  Responsible for ensuring projects remain on time and if there are delays they are vetted through their leadership.
·  Responsible for compiling documentation for projects, and providing the documentation to the architects for review before it being routed for signature.

Required Qualifications

·  Degree in Business or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 8+ years compensation analytical/consulting experience
·  3-5 years of relevant experience with a degree or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
·  Experience with Cloud based HR Systems, preferably Workday

The base pay for this position is
$57,300.00 – $114,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
