We are currently seeking a Senior HR Operations Assistant who will report to the HR Operations Manager based in London.

Your Opportunity

As a member of the Kering HRSS team, this role supports the luxury brands within Kering UK, with key responsibility for overseeing all operational HR activities.  This role requires working closely with all the brand head offices, HR and management teams to provide support and advice across all HR operational disciplines.

How you will contribute

Operations/ Compliance

·  Focus on enhancing performance, productivity, and efficiency to drive operational excellence
·  Review and approve documents sent by the HRSS team to ensure highest standards of service and accuracy are delivered  
·  Provide direction and guidance to the HRSS Administrators to deliver on SLAs relating to our HR system and ticketing activities
·  Create and provide comprehensive drafts to the HR Operations Manager for the development of HR procedures, practices and frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulations
·  Support and assist the HR Operations Manager with local and global projects
·  Produce and analyse weekly and monthly reports for all Brands to guarantee compliance
·  Draft and issue contracts and outcome letters for all Brands
·  Support with all Family Friendly matters, including conducting meetings with all employees
·  Ensure statutory legislation is adhered to, reviewing and updating processes, policies and documents when necessary
·  Ensure implementation of legal compliance and governance across HR and operational disciplines
·  Assist the HR Operations Manager with the execution of new and revised UK regulations and legislations within the HR Shared Services framework
·  Facilitate monthly Payroll/HR Operations alignment meeting to ensure all hires, changes and leavers have been captured
·  Participate in, and lead, where necessary, monthly meetings with all Brands
·  Design, write and communicate engaging updates via the Kering Workplace page

Training

·  Coordinate and conduct the monthly Kering induction programme with all new starters
·  Assist HR Operations Manager in providing training sessions for team on HR operations processes and policies

Team Management

·  Supervise and support the HRSS Operations team to deliver on objectives and projects according to agreed deadlines
·  Provide first line support to HR Administrators queries
·  Facilitate individual meetings with HR Administrators and supervise the team in the HR Operations Manager’s absence

Support Process Streams

·  Assist the HR Operations Manager with the implementation and integration of new initiatives
·  Support the HR Operations Manager in implementing suitable and appropriate business models to promote ongoing enhancements for the Group’s strategy
·  Assist the HR Operations Manager with the implementation of company and legislative undertakings for the Group with the aim of standardising practices
·  Support the HR Operations Manager with key stakeholders in the implementation of Corporate projects

Who you are

·  Experience in HR administration across the employee life cycle
·  Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
·  Excellent customer service standards
·  Experience of HRIS systems would be desirable (preferably Workday)
·  Organised and able to prioritise, with excellent attention to detail
·  Able to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
·  Proactive and curious - ability to identify improvements in processes or activities
·  CIPD qualified, or studying towards
