Job description
§ 全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准。
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
§ 充分落实餐饮部经典20条。
Ensures Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
§ 积极响应客人的合理建议,并尽快改善。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
§ 团队协作,主动灵活待客,顾客至上,酒店的大局为重。
Works closely with other Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
§ 工作中以身作则,尤其是在高峰时间,更应该亲力亲为。
Are hands-on and present at all times in the Operation, especially during busy periods.
§ 严格控制库存,和固定设施的使用。并且确保所有的厨房都设施完善。
Strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation for all operating equipment, Food and Beverage, FF&E items and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
§ 协助对所有的设施和供应商进行每月检查。
Assists to conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 管理物资申请,库存,定期检查仪器的操作情况。
Controls the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 组织每日的例会,沟通酒店的最新信息,和宴会准备。
Assists to conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associate s on preparation, service and F&B events.
§ 在每日运营和质量控制上,与餐饮部和厨务部保持良好的沟通。
Liaises with the Food and Beverage Department and Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
§ 保证每个厨房仪器的清洁。
Ensures that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
§ 保证为所有食品生产部门提供洁净和干燥的厨房用具。
Ensures that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
§ 监督夜间厨房清洁工作和餐饮部的后场区域。
Supervises night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food and beverage areas.
§ 确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。
Ensures that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.
