Role Summary/Purpose

The Mechanical Fleet performance engineer will provide engineering support to the technicians on the site for the resolution of technical issues which affect the reliable operation of the Offshore wind turbine fleet.

Essential Responsibilities

The Mechanical Fleet Performance Engineer will work closely with the site teams, the Product Service engineers and the Engineering team to find out solutions to the technical/operational issues on a Wind Turbine Generators.

·  She/he will be the preferred contact point for any technical issues or any questions raised by site technician.
·  She/he will take the ownership of issue resolution process until the closure of the technical case.
·  With the support of the Product Service Engineering she/he will escalate the business critical cases.
·  She/he will support the site team at the end of wind turbine commissioning, to prepare the punch list in the context of the handover between Project execution and Services.
·  She/he will contribute to the validation of the Log-out/tag-out procedures and maintenance work instructions prepared by the O&M documentation team.
·  She/he will contribute to the continuous improvement of the product availability by catching the lessons learnt from operation.
  Le/La titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes sur site, avec les techniciens de maintenance des produits et avec l'équipe Ingénierie pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes techniques et opérationnels impactant les alternateurs des éoliennes.

·  Il/Elle est l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) pour tout problème technique ou toute question soulevée par un technicien sur site
·  Il/Elle assume la responsabilité du processus de résolution des problèmes jusqu'à la clôture du dossier technique
·  Avec l'aide de l'équipe de techniciens de maintenance des produits, il/elle fait remonter les dossiers critiques
·  Il/Elle assiste l'équipe sur site à la fin de la mise en service de l'éolienne, pour préparer la liste des tâches dans le contexte du transfert entre les équipes Exécution de projets et Services
·  Il/Elle contribue à la validation des procédures de verrouillage/étiquetage et des instructions de maintenance préparées par l'équipe de documentation O&M
·  Il/Elle contribue à l'amélioration continue de la disponibilité des produits en exploitant les enseignements tirés des opérations
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Marine or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience/knowledge)
·  Strong professional technical experience
·  Significant technical experience in Offshore/Marine wind turbine generation engineering function

·  BAC+3 en génie mécanique, aéronautique, maritime ou industriel dans une université ou un établissement d’enseignement supérieur agréé(e) (ou connaissances/expériences équivalentes)
·  Solides compétences techniques
·  Solide expérience technique au sein d’un service d’ingénierie dédié à la production d’éoliennes offshore/marines
