Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

This position has a good understanding of IT Operations and is expected to plan their daily activities as well as contribute to projects, hold meetings ranging from PMR’s to planning meetings. To take ownership of action items and ensure that they are implemented as agreed. This person should actively display interpersonal skills and engage in daily activities as defined in the service catalogue.

Major Responsibilities:

At Amadeus we make it possible for the world to travel seamlessly by working with the newest technologies. But before these technologies are rolled out to millions of travellers worldwide, we do a thorough testing of our new solutions. And we would like you to help us test the travel technology of the future.

In this position your focus will be in helping apply changes to our systems and making sure they work as expected. Should an incident happen, you will be actively involved in recovering it. Furthermore, you will help evolving our existing processes and improving our capacities. This includes among others working with our specialists to improve our cutting-edge automation level and solutions.

You will be integrated in a trans-national, multicultural team. You will be interfacing daily with our colleagues from Sydney, Miami or London hubs among others, and be part of a follow the sun team. You will be based in Erding and work during normal german office hours, English is the working language.

At the end of your working day you will be able to feel part of Amadeus and know that thanks to you, we have again processed one billion transactions in one day. Come and make it big with us.

Relevant Job Experience:

· BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics or similar.
