As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will showcase your passion for luxury and strong leadership skills as you oversee the Front Office, Guest Service and Concierge in this sought-after opportunity.

Job Description

·  Maintain the highest level of customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
·  Lead, motivate and manage all Front Office ambassadors, ensuring the efficient completion of all duties.
·  Direct and coordinate lobby activities, fostering a welcoming, luxurious and efficient environment.
·  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance ambassador skills and knowledge.
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest requests, such as Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage.
·  Drive revenue through promoting upselling strategies within the team while setting targets and incentives
·  Champion loyalty as you promote the Accor Live Limitless program and provide an exceptional level of service and care to our most loyal members.
·  Devise departmental rosters in line with occupancy and business demands, while remaining aware of and in line with budgets.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
·  3+ years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
·  Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
·  Proficiency in property management systems and Front Office software, Opera Cloud advantageous.
·  Detail-oriented and organised, with strong leadership abilities.
·  Passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive.
·  Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
