- Chimie / Biologie / Agronomie I joined Nestle Romania in March 2015. I started by learning the business model and the route to market and with time I managed to have a large array of responsibilities. The tasks I performed can be grouped in four main categories. First of all, there are analysis of sales performances, preparation of sales presentations, calculation of quarterly bonuses for the Nestle Professional sales force and monthly customer discounts. Sales are the driver of any company activating in the fast moving consumer goods industry and a special attention is given to what influences consumer’s decision. A second category is related to the maintenance of the trade assets database in SAP. The business model of Nestle Professional involves vending machines in order to satisfy consumer needs for coffee and coffee based products out of home. The third category is more related to finance, including monthly analysis of variances for cost of goods sold, of marketing and trade expenses versus budgets. Finally I was also in charge of preparing the contracts to be signed according to our business model.
