Hi, I'm Niko! :) Born and raised in Munich, I gained first experience regarding HR as a Researcher in an Executive Consultancy. In 2017, I finished my Bachelor degree with a study on Leadership & Digitalization, which is quite cool I guess. "Sales Manager @ Talentwunder" for me this is just a title - What I actually do is helping companies to transform the way they find and hire the best talent worldwide by leveraging social network data and big data analysis in our Active Sourcing tool. Therefore, I love to talk to other people, to learn from this exchange and to get better every single day.
