Business Development Specialist

• Responsibility and ownership of target identification and pipeline development of potential acquisitions including:
• Financial modelling;
• Competitive landscaping;
• Target profiling; and
• Coordination of new market development including, but not limited to, vertical and geographic expansion.
• Project management and end-to-end ownership for over 20 acquisition projects spanning across 10 countries. Scope
of responsibilities included:
• Reporting and articulation of business case development and key risk assessments
• Initiation, negotiation and finalization of non-disclosure agreements (“NDA”)
• Responsibility for planning, execution, coordination and reporting on due diligence initiatives
• Valuation and deal negotiation up to agreement execution
• Post deal integration and tracking of synergy projections
• Development and monitoring of key business performance metrics
• Primary interface with target company leadership
• Liaison for internal leadership including subject matter experts and external advisors
