As an assistant manager at Ticketing and Reservation center in EVA. My responsibilities were offering all kinds of back stage service to our customers.
From tickets modification, meal order, frequent flyers service, customer complains, to flight tickets vending, and emergencies handling (i.e. temporary weather changes which cause flights delay or flights cancelled.), etc.
