Job summary & Core responsabilities :

According to the re-evaluation of its manufacturing process, ZIPS is looking for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will support essential quality control functions in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The VIE will assist in maintaining compliance to quality management systems through monitoring existing production processes, auditing process related documentation, and assisting in preparation of quality related presentations.

· Assist quality improvement projects mainly EtQ initiative for the Non-conformance & Calibrations modules.
· Developing quality Project plans.
· Improving process.
· Record, analyze, and act, on production-related data
· Design experiments to improve process efficiency and test countermeasures
· Assist in corrective/preventive actions as necessary
· Assist the team in internal and external validation/verification of processes
· Review work instructions for new and existing customers
· Other duties as assigned

Profil :

You have a degree of an engineering school (Centrale Paris, Arts et Métiers, etc.) and preferably specialized yourself in quality/mechanical/manufacturing management. During your studies (internship, apprenticeship…) you experienced for one or two years working on a quality project (Lean Six Sigma...). You have an excellent English and an international mindset. You know how to use Quality systems methods and practives (DOE, PFMEA, Control Plans, Lean Manufacturing concepts, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). Able to multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve in as fast-paced working environment with minimal guidance. Works with cross functional teams to establish production methods and quality requirements.

The length of the VIE is 18 months.

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary which depends on the host country.
