In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the flawless allocation of all zLabels products to the Zalando Fashion Store, own managed sales channels and wholesale customers. Additionally, you will be the key contact for a range of stakeholders; including Merchandising, Supply Chain Management and their counterparts at Zalando. You will manage top line inventory reporting, to identify any capacity/availability issues ahead of time, and then work with the relevant teams to ensure that the best needs of the business are met.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

·  You will be responsible for the strategic management of all zLabels stock.
·  You will pro-actively identify bottlenecks, process improvement potential to ensure a fast flow of product and stock optimization.
·  You will drive cross-functional alignment with other Supply Chain units and other stakeholders to ensure reliable service quality.
·  You will drive the business forward in a frequently changing landscape.
·  Monitor delays (late & missing).

YOUR TASKS:

·  You will be driving the daily review of stock allocation to improve stock efficiency, suggesting best timeframe/channel to allocate the stock.
·  You will develop new concepts and processes to deliver state of the art solutions to identify and create plans to overcome/solve capacity issues and seasonal stock clear lines
·  Reviewing key stock reports and assigning manual allocations, Cross-docking shares
·  Building up expertise area for Merchandising and acting as a liaison between Merchandising and Logistics
·  Be a central connection and manage relationship and information flow between zLabels Merchandising, Supply Chain and Controlling, Category, Buying, Sales. Consider the best interests of the business.

YOUR PROFILE:

·  You are proud of your university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar.
·  You have 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
·  You possess strong project- and process management skills, strategy and steering, as well as inventory management.
·  You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
·  Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
·  You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
·  You have outstanding presentation and communication skills and are used to communicate across hierarchy levels.
·  You remain calm in stressful situations and keep your focus.
