Software Engineer in Test - Fashion Store

The opportunity

As a Software Engineer in Test at Zalando Fashion Store, you will take test automation to the next level , spreading the automation mindset across the teams and enable our engineers to create bulletproof applications.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is opposed to manual and boring repetitive tasks. We need someone who finds opportunities to automate, from the small daily tasks to the most intriguing cross-system test scenarios.

Your profile

·  You are a test automation evangelist
·  You love coding
·  You are a great collaborator
·  You have experience setting up automated cloud-based test environments and continuous delivery pipelines
·  You are familiar with existing automation tools and frameworks
·  You love exploring APIs to create dynamic test scenarios
·  You have experience with end-to-end tests , making sure our customer-facing applications will work with a myriad of browsers
·  You worked with large-scale microservice architectures
·  You are familiar with, and interested in, how APIs are consumed across diverse platforms, including customer facing applications
·  You consider multiple approaches in your testing strategy and you equilibrate based on effectiveness and maintainability
