YOUR TASKS

·  You are responsible for RTA campaigns across all our markets
·  You set up, steer and optimize the campaigns towards the target KPIs
·  You understand your campaigns, the setup and performance in detail and run all necessary analysis
·  You communicate with the marketing intelligence team in order to gain deeper understanding of the commercial impact of your campaigns
·  You work with 1st and 3rd party data in cooperation with audience management, create and test custom audiences with help of the latest best in class technology
·  You experiment with innovative display and video formats
·  You master and stretch relevant tools of Google ecosystem, explore new functions and question them
·  You have a regular exchange with the country managers in order to understand the needs for your campaigns
·  You run local and strategic tests

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

·  You have more than two years of work experience in Display advertising
·  You have comprehensive knowledge of RTA ecosystem and advanced practical experience in managing programmatic campaigns
·  You are up to date on the latest developments in this field and comfortable explaining how RTA works
·  Ideally, you’ll have experience working with DBM and hungry to learn and master new tools
·  You stay on top of things knowing all new products, innovations and tests coming up
·  You have an untiring drive to test out new options and question existing solutions
·  You are passionate about the tech side of things and you have a good understanding on how different products work on the backend
·  You have a very good understanding of numbers, KPIs and analytics
·  You have an efficient and result-oriented working style, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
