There's no stopping us growing and we are looking for you to join our team – to start immediately, in a permanent role and at our beautiful Berlin location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·  You’ll support the producer/Art buyer in project and production event management
·  You’ll be responsible for studio bookings, catering, location scouting and assurance
·  You’ll take ownership of contract preparation, security and travel planning
·  You’ll create, coordinate and execute Production plans and Call Sheets
·  You’ll work in close collaboration with casting and art buying
·  You’ll also be responsible for Image Searching when necessary
·  You’ll monitor the competition and present your findings
·  You’ll create and manage a database/ project Overview/ Amenities Picture / plan

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

·  Ideally you have experience in a promotion or production agency, or have been working solidly in project/event management and can handle all aspects of production coordination
·  You are quick to act and can think on your feet. You are used to busy events/shootings and know how to solve problems in the midst of an organised event
·  You’re passionate about photography and have an interest in fashion
·  You’re highly organized and are an administrative whizz
·  You know when to be assertive, are solution-oriented and have an efficient way of working
·  You have excellent English and German language skills, you must be fluent on both languages
·  You’re highly creative and enjoy working as part of a team
·  You’re resilience in times of high workloads
