You will support our Operational Team by working closely with our brands and internal stakeholders. In addition you can even develop an execute your own projects. How cool is that?

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  You will be the first contact person for our brands who are the clients of inhouse products
·  You will respond to diverse brand inquiries and help our business customers to solve their questions via phone and email
·  You will categorize, classify and prioritize support requests
·  You will support and give advice to our brands during usage in troublesome cases, inclusively remote help
·  You will be the support of our Content Management System and other live inhouse products
·  Together with your team you will improve the processes and co-operation with other teams

 

WHAT YOU HAVE GOT


·  A strong service oriented working style, tactfulness and patience helps you to satisfy our business customers
·  Ideally you already gained first experience in a customer support position
·  Your solution focused mindset and eye for detail facilitates your daily work
·  You enjoy taking responsibility for your remit, work independently and always keep your goal in mind: simple solutions and processes that work perfectly
·  You bring a basic understanding of CMS, User Management and MS Office
·  As part of an international team, you know English back to front, other languages are a plus
