As an intern at the CRM Poland/Italian/Spanish team you will have the chance to learn about various aspects of online marketing. Zalando will offer you the opportunity to develop yourself both professionally and personally. At the CRM department you will be responsible for the creation and optimization of our newsletters. 

Your Challenge

·  Your work will focus on the process of creating a newsletter and push notification: from setting up, quality assurance process until the analysis
·  Within your team, you'll be responsible for working independently on all different mailings for different target groups
·  Focusing on our service and quality objectives, you’ll analyze newsletter’s results and presenting it to the team
·  In supporting your team, you'll prove your skills in developing ideas to optimize the newsletters and set up tests

What you have got

·  You are a Bachelor or Master Student or recently graduated in Business Economics, Communications, Marketing or Advertising
·  As part of an international team, you know English back to front and have excellent knowledge of polish
·  You get straight to the heart of important information, you love keeping in close touch with colleagues and partners, and have a commercial attitude and flexibility
·  Nobody can hold a candle to your use of Excel and you ideally also have HTML knowledge
·  You can communicate even complex issues with perfect clarity when working together with others
