There's no stopping us growing and we now have a unique opportunity in our fast growing Tech department with over 1500 employees – to start immediately, in a permanent role and at our beautiful location in the heart of Berlin. You’ll be responsible for both – Innovation Lab Management as well as Event Management for our Product Partnership and Research & Development Teams.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Event Management

· You’ll design, plan, implement, and coordinate events considering stakeholder requests and requirements
· You’ll evaluate and select vendors and providers of services
· You’ll be responsible for budget allocation, event logistics and facilities
· You’ll consult with stakeholders to determine objectives and requirements of the event
· You’ll be responsible for event marketing in close cooperation with corporate communication and employer branding teams

Innovation Lab Management

· You’ll organize and coordinate events that happen in our Innovation Lab
· You’ll align with facility and IT department to ensure the Innovation Lab is always in top notch shape and ready to use
· You’ll support the Innovation Lab team on organizing regular innovation weeks and sprints

WHAT YOU'VE GOT

· You successfully completed a vocational training in the area of events
· You gained 1-2 years of experience in event management
· You’ve got excellent written and verbal skills in English, additional German is a plus
· You love organizing and to hold the reins and even when it gets complicated you keep looking for the best solution
· You’re proactive and people know for your clear communication
· You’re a networker and know where to get the infos you need to be successful
· You have a heart for technology and an understanding for their needs
