Zalando Media Solutions  is Zalando's new unit in the digital marketing landscape. ZMS has ambitious growth targets and we are currently looking for a Campaign Manager who is seeking a new challenge in an entrepreneurial, fast growing and exciting environment.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·  You will be responsible for Zalando Media Solutions (ZMS) RTA campaigns across all our markets
·  You will work closely with our programmatic campaign managers
·  You will strive for best-in-class campaign management and be actively involved in defining the perfect workflow in campaign set-up, optimization and reporting using all relevant technical platforms: DSP, DMP etc.
·  You will structure and organize (beta) tests across the portfolio
·  You will master and stretch relevant tools of Google ecosystem (DCM, DBM etc.), explore new functions and question them
·  You will see opportunities in improvements and go for them, addressing your ideas to relevant stakeholders, e.g. developers, sales and account managers
·  You will work with first and third party data to build target audiences in our DMP to deliver high end campaigns based on data driven optimization
·  You will work closely with the Inventory Manager to align on the supply side
·  You will have a regular exchange with the sales and account managers in order to understand the needs and advise them in the planning, executing and reporting stages

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

·  You have at least 2-4 years of work experience in Display advertising.
·  You have experience in programmatic campaign management – with a proven track record of successful campaign strategies
·  You are up to date on the latest developments in this field and comfortable explaining how RTA works
·  You know how to prioritize and manage workloads across multiple campaigns and/or clients
·  Ideally you’ll have experience working with DBM
·  You are staying on top of things knowing all new products, innovations and tests coming up both internally and with our partners
·  You have an untiring drive to test out new options and question existing solutions
·  You are passionate about the tech side of things and you have a good understanding on how different products work on the back-end
·  You have a very good understanding of numbers, KPIs and analytics and ensure that you team is fully equipped to steer the campaigns towards the different goals
·  You have an efficient and result-oriented working style, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
·  It’s likely you’ve worked at a trading desk or ad-tech company
