As an Agile Coach for our HR team, you help the teams grow strong by applying agile practices to their work. You act as an enabler, facilitator and mentor.

Your Challenge

·  You will implement an agile way of working in our HR team
·  You’ll educate employees at all levels on agile methodologies, you'll implement best practices and convey concepts such as prioritizing for value and maximizing the flow
·  You'll provide teams with tools and guide them through the implementation of agile practices in their work
·  You’ll foster collaboration and alignment across functions
·  You'll effectively influence individuals and groups on agile practices
·  You’ll promote the culture of innovation, learning and continuous ownership
·  Within your team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of projects and also to steer the capacity between people/projects
·  You'll create an environment of successful delivery and you'll spend a portion of your time on process improvement
·  You’ll strengthen the presence of the team as an agile center of excellence

What You've got

You're an ambassador of agile principles and someone who leads by example. You know how to bring out the best in people and knows what it takes to build high performing teams. Your core attributes are:

·  You can impress us with your numerous years of professional experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of contexts
·  The role is familiar territory to you as you've already gained experience in coaching teams in agile adoption
·  You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
·  You are proud of your successful track record of working cross-functionally and you've managed expectations of various stakeholders and you can meet their needs more quickly and with less bureaucracy
·  You possess an attitude of transparency and empowerment 
·  Having previous exposure to customer/people functions is an advantage
