Poste et missions:
Part of the Worldline finance team, you take over the controlling activities of an operational
entity: Technical Operations Unit which cover 5 countries and a yearly budget of 200 million €
Performance monitoring and analysis
- Monthly financial control of the activity: monthly
reviews, margin follow up
- Gap analysis during monthly closing vs objectives,
Staffing plan control and monitoring of staff
productivity, identification of action plans
- Analysis and control of the cost base
- KPIs reporting to Management and Operations team
- Investment projects review
- Introduction / development and support of processes
for the allocation of TO services to customer
services
Budget Process
- Short Term Forecast (3 months)
- Forecasts production (P&L, Staff, Capex) with the
support of the operations team
- Identification of optimization levers
Transversal projects
- Support of TO and business lines in all business
questions
- Improvement of processes, tools and reporting
systems (Diagnosis, recommendations…)
- Involvement in the Finance Team transversal projects
(purchasing, legal, tax, accounting..)
Profil:
- Completed business studies with focus on
controlling. Four-year degree from a credited
institution. Graduate degree preferred
- Finance basics acumen
- German & English working proficiency
- Good knowledge of excel, SAP – Nessie, BI
- Excellent analytical skills, structure and self
- driven, able to manage priorities and observe
deadline, reliable
