With iAdvize, businesses can predict and engage contact opportunities in real-time to connect their customers and prospects with experts available 24/7. They are connected via messaging to paid experts, who are able to provide authentic advice about products and brands.

Responsible for the local team(marketing, channel, sales and CSM), she/he will be in charge of implementing the global strategy and reaching country business targets in Germany.

Grow the Business
Aligned with the HQ strategy, build and deploy a sales strategy in the DACH Region
Align business teams in order to build a solid pipeline and reach targets (sales, upsell and churn)
Fully accountable for delivering on agreed targets for the German-speaking territories Represent iAdvize in marketing events and with medias
Identify and build strong relationships with key local stakeholders (clients, partners, local influencers…)
Strongly collaborate with VPs in charge of sales, alliances, marketing and customer success management
Manage every activity of our newly expanding operation in the DACH Region
Represent the headquarters locally

Desired profile

Relevant experience in the software industry managing account/sales executives/managers

Fluent in German and English
Exposure to enterprise accounts in Germany
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, ethic, fair and transparent
Able to run business in a predictable and consistent way
Adaptable: Anticipate the evolution and the changes to come in a fast-paced environment
Influence: Apply relevant and recurrent actions in a complex environment in order to convince and influence key players
Customer oriented
Ability to travel
