The Role

Main Activities:
• Consultancy in Safety and Occupational health system Risks.
• Follow-up on ARL model planned to assigned organizations.
• Follow-up on Safety and Occupational work systems to assigned organizations, according to plan.
• Administrative support at headquart.

The Requirements

• Professional degree in engineering, specialist in risks and / or insurance and three (3) years’ experience in management of damage insurance, comprehensive risk management and disaster response.
• Or, Professional degree in engineering, 5 years in damage insurance management, comprehensive risk management and casualty care in the electricity sector.
• Or, 10 years of experience in damage insurance management, comprehensive risk management and disaster response.
• The idea is to find a professional who has completed the EAFIT specialization in risk management and insurance that meets the requirement.
• Sales focus and Clients retention.
• Windows programs knowledge.
• Skills to daily follow up area indicators.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
• Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Continuous improvement mind-set – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each repetition and making recommendations for process improvement.
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on client teams. Also ability to work under a pressure environment.
• Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it.
