JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pension Benefits Analyst works with other Benefits Analysts and Team Managers to directly handle the workload of the business. Some of the work includes loading of images received via unassociated and associated documents to the system, correcting participant record, changes of address, tax changes, payment input, and reviewing of cases for accuracy. US PAG Benefits Analyst supports the delivery of superior Pension plan administration services to Willis Towers Watson clients.The position will be located in Manila, Philippines. 

The Role 


Provides outsourced pension administration services to occupational pension funds. Manages queries and data requests from members and client queries, ensuring good client relations are maintained and complaints and managed. Performs manual calculations, quotations and data processing in accordance with regulatory requirements. Manages annual projects such as pension increases and benefits statements and other ad hoc project work. Responsible for client relationship management including all aspects of service delivery and reporting. The full time position requires an individual who is comfortable with pension administration systems and client contact and working as part of a global team with counterparts in North America.

• Meet established quality targets.
• Complete assigned regular cases using established procedures and in a timely manner, allowing time for case review process. 
• Complete rush and critical cases in a timely manner. 
• Meet/exceed billable hours goal.
• Reach out to the Team Manager to identify additional work, projects that can assist the associate in reaching their billable hours goal.
• Meet established efficiency standards
• Accept, assimilate and implement feedback.
• Cross-train team members to provide backup coverage due to team member absence.
• Live TW values in the workplace and adhere to agreed and established policies. Foster teamwork, positive morale, open communication and “make WTW a great place to work”.
• Participate in team engagement activities.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Adhere to daily workload allocation strategies and TAT action plans decided upon by PAG management team.
• Check all work before submitting for review and consider potential process improvements. 
• Share best practice ideas to increase client work efficiency.
• Meet established quality control standards. 
• Increase expertise through cross-training with different work and process within the team.
• Report regularly on the status of projects and raise issues promptly if process steps are unclear or if deadlines are not likely to be achieved.
• Gain basic understanding of Pension Admin to perform tasks at high quality and reach out for refresher trainings as needed.
• Support and promote Willis Towers Watson Security and Privacy policies and security related topics listed within this objective

The Requirements 

• Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Pension benefit plans 
• Ability to complete Willis Towers Watson Benefits Analyst training program 
• Knowledge of benefits or pension administration preferred 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Word 
• Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and associates 
• Work the 9 PM to 6 AM (MNL) hours
• Ability to manage time and work a flexible schedule 
• Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision 
• Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines
• Work experience with US counterparts and projects preferred, but not required
• College degree preferred
