The Role

We are currently looking for a GB Graduate Programme Advisor who will provide first class administrative, coordination and planning support to the Global Graduate Programme Manager, advising the business and students through the full end to end cycle.

The individual will have responsibility for the day to day support of the graduate and intern candidate pipeline, delivering on key performance metrics (headcount targets, time to offer) and working effectively with the HR Service Centre. They will act as a key day to day contact to the business and graduates and will constantly strive to position Willis Towers Watson as a graduate employer of choice through excellent candidate experience and on scheme support.

This individual will have ideally gained previous experience within graduate recruitment / training programs and covered at least 1 graduate cycle from a financial or professional services environment.

This role requires a flexible and resilient individual that is able to work under pressure when required whilst maintaining a positive and professional outlook. Needs adaptability to work remote with global team and stakeholders.

This is a maternity cover role, but there could possibly be other opportunities for full-time roles to be explored or contract extension towards end of contract.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

·  Supporting the full life cycle recruiting and developing our Intern and Graduate hires 
·  Leading the sourcing, selection and operation of assessment days to identify successful candidates 
·  Coordinating and attending recruitment events on campus to represent and promote our employer brand 
·  Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and Universities to ensure we are attracting the best candidates in the market 
·  Work closely with the Global Graduate Programme Manager on initiatives and material to create brand awareness on campus, including social media
·  Support graduate and intern managers on best practice standards and policies in student recruitment and performance development
·  Conducting (when required) and coordinating face to face interviews and facilitating feedback discussions with interviewees
·  Coordinating learning and development sessions for current students
·  Monitoring performance standards of current student classes and escalating performance issues when required
·  Management of the applicant tracking system
·  Ensuring that the approval and offer processes are conducted in an accurate and timely manner
·  Partnering with HR Operations and Professional Qualifications to facilitate the smooth running of the intern and graduate schemes
·  Managing invoice payments and quarterly reporting on spend
·  Collaborating with global colleagues, primarily in North America. Confident communicating on web-based platforms and conference calls.

The Requirements

·  Previous experience within graduate recruitment / training programs desirable
·  Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and web-based technologies
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Exceptional organisational/coordinating skills with good numerical skills
·  Ability to work independently and with exceptional attention to detail
·  Displays persuasive and effective influencing skills in order to achieve desired outcome and drawing on formal and informal networks and experiences
·  Able to relate to a range of different groups of people and adapt working styles to suit the circumstances and objectives in an open minded manner
·  Maintains confidentiality and security of information at all times in all aspects of the role
·  Approachable and reliable with a tactful and diplomatic attitude
