JOB DESCRIPTION

Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist will ensure that enrollments processed through our Bright Choices enrollment system are communicated appropriately to our vendor partners. You will utilize software tools to review carrier discrepancy reports to ensure that all data was processed appropriately with great attention to detail.

The Role


·  As an Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist, you will responsible for ensuring that enrollments processed through our Bright Choices enrollment system are communicated appropriately to our vendor partners.
·  Review daily transaction logs and verifying that all enrollment data is transmitted to carriers
·  Utilize software tools to review carrier discrepancy reports to ensure that all data was processed appropriately
·  Work with our carrier partners to process enrollments that did not flow through the normal process
·  Work with Technical Operations and Client Service departments to identify the root cause of any discrepancies and work with the internal team and our carrier partners to resolve these issues as they arise
·  Identify trends to apprise management of any potential processing or system problems

Requirements

·  Associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience
·  Minimum of one year of successful customer service required; benefits administration and/or health insurance industry experience preferred
·  Experience using Windows based software, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
