The Role

General responsibilities:
a. Tell staff about the use of services, scope of coverage and overall clarification of doubts and concerns that arise.
b. Perform the membership of new employees to the different policy.
c. Receive documents to support the different requirements.

Support and develop different campaigns:
a. Update benefits.
b. Offer and provide voluntary programs.
c. Filling up declarations of insurability.
d. Business support for positioning benefits.
e. Renewal processes
f. Communication with users

Manage and control the requirements that WTW sends to the insurance companies.
a. Cards: dispatch and corrections
b. Individual certificates of coverage.
c. Billing: adjustments, clarifications, follow up with insurers.
d. Complaints management: advice, analysis, documentation, management of them, monitoring, review and validation of compensation payments.
e. Processes for health services plan Management.
f. Coordination in funeral plans.
g.Claims management

The Requirements

Least 2 years experience similar positions in the insurance sector (Health & Benefits).Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration or a related field. At least, Technology degree.The proposed candidate must to have writing and oral speech skills. Adaptability in a changing environment and work under pressure.Is required to have control of the MS Office tools such as Excel, PPT and Word.
